We are seeking a passionate and detailoriented Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in building our caregiver workforce ensuring that we attract and hire compassionate and competent individuals who align with our values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection:Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify top candidates for caregiver positions. Utilize effective selection techniques to ensure that only the most qualified individuals are hired.

  • Onboarding and Training:Manage the onboarding process for new caregivers ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Provide necessary training and support to help them succeed.

  • Maintaining Caregiver Files:Organize and maintain accurate and uptodate caregiver files ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Scheduling Interviews:Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

  • Data Management:Input new caregiver information into the WellSky system maintaining data integrity and ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with the management team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that attract highquality candidates.

  • Teamwork: Be willing to be a team player and work with others in this small business setting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment preferably in the homecare or healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and systems including WellSky.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to quality care.
