Job Description
To sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas
Responsibilities
- Transport soiled dishware china glassware etc. from specified areas to the dish machines.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware china utensils glassware etc.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area floors walls etc.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with chemicals.
- Ability to work independently
