Job Description
Do you have a passion for enhancing maintenance operations and driving equipment reliability
Were seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team at a customer site in the picturesque city of Lucca. This is your opportunity to lead and innovate in a role that combines technical expertise strategic planning and team leadership.
What Youll Do:
Drive safe maintenance practices in line with HSE policies.
Lead and implement longterm preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
Analyze performance data to improve equipment reliability and availability.
Assist in cost control efforts and the reporting of key performance indicators
Motivate and coach a reliability team to deliver excellence.
Collaborate with global technical teams to optimize operations.
What Were Looking For:
A technical diploma or degree with 5 years of maintenance experience.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a focus on team development.
Expertise in reliability strategies root cause analysis and problemsolving.
Proficiency in both English and Italian is
