- Follow all safety procedures LOTO and NFPA 70E standards
- Provide timely and detailed preventative maintenance on highly technical facilities equipment
- Provide effective & proficient responses to restore equipment to service as soon as possible in the event of a system failure
- Identify and respond according to alarm conditions
- Provide effective and timely support to resolve equipment issues
- Identify and reduce equipment defects to improve quality and enhance system stability
- Maintain records on maintenance testing and calibration of equipment
- Understanding of fire alarm oneline diagrams
- Ability to troubleshoot faults troubles and supervisory alarms
- 3 Years of experience in Fire Alarm installation and repair (will also consider those that are the graduate of a trade school and/or have equivalent military experience).
- Ability to work 12 hours shifts 3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and potentially rotate from days to nights every 4 months.
- 5 years of experience in fire alarm installation & repair.
- Valid electrical license
- NICET certification and/or 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Edwards EST fire alarm systems.
