We are seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our Alice Springs Team. Working with the team this position requires a selfdriven individual with a passion for customer service. This is a Permanent position working Monday Friday.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service through facetoface and over the phone contact
- Develop customer loyalty to the CAT brand through surpassing customer expectations
- Diligently perform emergency back orders and assigned tasks
- Assist with the reconciliation of cash sale account entries
- General Warehouse Duties

About You
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Committed to a No Harm Environment
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Knowledge of CAT and associated products parts and services is desirable
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proven selfmotivation skills with the ability to gain an understanding of the business systems that we operate
- High level of attention to detail
- Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience would be desirable
