We are looking for compassionatePersonal Care Workersto make a longstanding impact on the wellbeing of our residents at The Belmont Aged care home in Geelong.
What youll love to do
- Ensure resident hygiene and safety as a priority
- Support the physical emotional cultural and social needs of residents
- Provide the best personcentred care
- Work collaboratively with members of the care team
- Facilitate ongoing communication with different stakeholders
- Accurately report any issues and concerns
Hour of Work
- AM PM and ND shifts available
What youll need
- Prior aged care experience
- Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Understanding of the new Aged Care Quality Standards
- Uptodate COVID19 vaccinations(3 doses)
- NDIS Check(includes Police Check)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Warm interpersonal and communication skills
