The Role:
Assists marketing setting up events and promotions. Retrieves pallets from receiving and delivers to the proper location. Moves pallets; sets up pipe and drape and stanchions; unboxes gifts; bails cardboard boxes; arranges tables and chairs; and decorates the property for holidays and special events.
Responsibilities:
Maintains proper procedures in movement of pallets pipe and drape stanchion carts unboxing items bailing boxes set up and break down of event.
Assures proper set up of promotion and/or events.
Assists in monthly physical count of all inventory items.
Assists in physical movement and preparations of decorations.
Keeps area clean while setting up and movement of gifts.
Attends safety meetings as requested.
Completes duties as assigned.

Maintains knowledge of property information and memorabilia.
Qualifications:
A. Knowledge: The level of education experience and training an individual must have at minimum to be considered qualified for the position.
B. Skills: Specific skills such as computer usage communication 10key touch etc.
C. Abilities: The physical components of the job and how the physical aspect is accomplished. Does the position require LIFTING 50 pounds or does it require one to MOVE 50 pounds. Can the 50 pounds be moved using a dolly or cart (Examples: climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling reaching handling fingering feeling talking hearing tasting smelling color vision etc.
High School diploma general education (GED).
Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Maintain flexibility to handle changing priorities and schedules.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Must be able to exercise initiative and a sense of urgency.
Exceptionally selfmotivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.
Strong tactical skills.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with people.
Must possess excellent communication organizational and analytical skills.

Training
All employees are required to complete mandatory compliance training within thirty 30 days of hire date then annually thereafter. Training marked with an asterisk below must be completed prior to reporting to their respective work area. The below courses are required for this position:
