Job Description

We are currently seeking a customerfocused Service Concierge to join our team and be the welcoming face of our service department.
Position Overview:
As a Service Concierge at Porsche Barrington you will play a vital role in ensuring every customer has a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers guide them through their service visit and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on providing outstanding customer service in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers warmly upon their arrival and assist them with checkin procedures.
Provide an overview of the service process answer any questions and ensure customers are comfortable while waiting.
Offer refreshments and guide customers to the lounge or other amenities available.
Service Coordination:
Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure all customer requests are communicated effectively and that customers are informed of any delays or changes.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure customers are updated on the status of their vehicles and estimated completion times.
Customer Satisfaction:
Address any customer concerns or issues with a sense of urgency and escalate to the Service Manager if necessary.
Ensure that each customer leaves the dealership feeling satisfied with their service experience.
Additional Duties:
Assist with valet service including moving vehicles within the dealership premises and off the dealership premises when necessary.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service waiting area and concierge desk.
Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the service department.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service role preferably in a luxury or highvolume setting.
Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Other Requirements:
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
21 Years old.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
