Job Description

At Sock Club we make more than just socks we help companies build unforgettable brand experiences. Were growing fast and were looking for a proven sales leader to own our Small/Medium business (SMB) segment.

As our Director of SMB Revenue youll lead an inbound sales team that turns onetime buyers into loyal brand advocates. This role blends strategic leadership team development and handson sales to drive revenue retention and longterm customer value.

What Youll Do

  • Own the SMB revenue engine Lead strategy and to expand our SMB segment and increase repeat purchases.
  • Manage a team of highperforming sales reps (currently 3 direct reports).
  • Improve conversion and retention Optimize lead qualification nurturing workflows and client lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally Work closely with Marketing and Product to ensure seamless lead nurturing and customer experience.
  • Coach & develop talent Mentor your team through datadriven feedback playbook building and strong sales process .
  • Use data to drive performance Build reporting structures track KPIs and continuously identify opportunities to increase efficiency and revenue.

Youre a Fit If You:

  • Have 7 years of experience in Sales Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Have 3 years of leadership experience managing customer facing sales teams.
  • Have a track record of scaling revenue through customer engagement and sales initiatives.
  • Are a handson leader who can coach inspire and step in when needed to close deals.
  • Know your way around CRMs (we use HubSpot sales automation tools and team performance dashboards.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Competitive Pay On Target Earnings (base commission): $120000$140000.
