Will be responsible for all procedures at well locations to include staking and building locations settling damages reclamation of locations and restoration of reserve pits. Arranges and supervises facility construction required for drilling and production operations. Recommends improvements/enhancements and/or other actions required for drilling and production operations. Works with area landowners as required to obtain property access and rights of way to equitably settle damages and to resolve related issues. Approves invoices for services equipment and materials used on location; coordinate arrival of service companies and equipment to the well site in a timely fashion; relieve or assist personnel in other areas when between construction projects. Follow EOG guidelines on safety and environmental issues to insure compliance to EOG standards.
10 years experience in a related oilfield job function preferred. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Must be able to work on call 7 days a week 24 hours a day when well site operations are in progress. Strong communication skills are required. The Sr. Construction Foreman will meet often with landowners or landowners representative with regard to well site and surface conditions. Must have good driving record.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
