At PwC our people in corporate affairs and communications are responsible for managing and coordinating the organisations internal and external communications public relations and corporate reputation. They focus on developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate the organisations mission values and initiatives to various stakeholders including employees customers investors media and the general public.

Those in digital communications and analytics at PwC will be responsible for developing and implementing effective online strategies to reach and engage target audiences. You will govern and manage all digital communication channels including editorial and content strategy. Working in this area you will use various tools and methods to gather data and measure the performance of communication campaigns and platform effectiveness while working closely with other teams and stakeholders to establish alignment and consistency of digital communications across the organisation.

Focused on relationships you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations you are growing your personal brand deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity you are comfortable when the path forward isnt clear you ask questions and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Corporate Affairs and Communication team you are tasked with developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the visibility of the Firm and its specialists. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems mentor others and uphold exemplary standards while building client relationships and gaining a deeper understanding of the business context. You are also responsible for contributing to digital marketing campaigns conducting competitive landscape research and managing social media channels maintaining quality and consistency in communications.

What You Must Have

Bachelors Degree

5 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Masters Degree in Information Technology Marketing Advertising Analytics preferred

Demonstrating agility in digital communications software

Leading social media strategy activation

Conducting social/digital landscape research

Serving as a community manager for social media

Monitoring community health and summarizing findings

Maintaining knowledge of digital ad trends

Utilizing project management skills in fastpaced environments
