Job Description
Seeking Aerospace Technicians for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Hebron KY. Seeking technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts!
This position offers full benefits including PTO Medical Dental and 401k!
Pay is between $17 $24 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Operate various equipment and tools used in aerospace part production
- Perform mechanical assembly and component fitting tasks with precision
- Exhibit strong attention to detailinspect and question even the smallest cosmetic or measurement discrepancies
- Follow detailed procedures and complete all required documentation accurately
- Interpret aerospace drawings and follow basic specifications during production tasks
- Participate in training and demonstrate flexibility through crosstraining in areas such as:
- Part Marking
- Machine Center
- Drill Center
- Rivet Insertion
- Deburring
- Maintain a craftsmanship mentality focused on quality and consistency
- Ask for clarification when procedures are unclearno assumptions
- Adhere strictly to all procedural and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the aerospace industry
- Mechanical aptitude or prior handson technical experience
- Strong procedural disciplinedoes not deviate from set processes
- High level of personal accountability and commitment to quality
- Ability to work with drawings and measurements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Good attendance record is a must
- Must pass a battery of preemployment assessments
