Position Title: Software Developer (Microsoft Stack Power Platform / Azure / SharePoint)
Location: Hybrid Washington DC 2 days a week onsite)
Clearance Level: Able to undergo Public Trust Clearance

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to design build and deploy enterprisegrade digital solutions for a Federal Agency. This role requires deep handson experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform Azure .NET and SharePoint delivering modern user interfaces business automation and integration capabilities using both OOTB features and custom components.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Modeldriven) Power Automate and Dataverse
Strong experience developing with C# .NET and JavaScript
Handson experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint APIs / SPFx
Experience integrating tools like DocuSign Adobe and thirdparty APIs via custom connectors
Proficiency in Azure PaaS services: Logic Apps Function Apps Web Apps and Azure AD integrations
Familiarity with Sharegate for content migration and governance
Knowledge of best practices for federal IT environments including secure coding and compliance
Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and support production systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting or working within a state or federal agency
Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Azure Developer Associate or related
Experience with Agile and DevSecOps tools like JIRA GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
Education & Clearance:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must be eligible for Public Trust / Secret Clearance if required
