Job Description

Onsite supervision of daily drilling activities performed to EOG requirements on a rotational basis. Ensure plans and procedures are carried out as proposed and that EOGs safety and environmental policies and procedures are followed on location; oversee and direct the activities of service companies to make sure that the proper procedures are followed. Monitor and record daytoday drilling activities for compliance with drilling program and handle problems that may arise; record and keep costs to a minimum in all operations.

Must have 5 years of oil and gas field experience and/or experience as a drilling consultant. Must be experienced in supervising daytoday drilling activities and be knowledgeable of onshore drilling specifics. Additionally must have have computer skills project management skills and a strong understanding of well control procedures. Must communicate effectively and have supervisory experience. Must be available to be on call 24 hours per day 7 days per week when well site operations are in progress. A high school diploma or GED is required. Must have good driving record.

Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
