Duties:
- Design manages and operate internal communication systems including data voice and video networks (LANs WANs and voice systems). This includes planning configuring testing troubleshooting and maintaining network infrastructure like routers switches firewalls PBXs and security devices.
- Provides support for network hardware and systems troubleshooting significant issues identifying and fixing errors and updating older networks when needed.
- Assist internal and external customers by answering technical questions and recommending solutions. Leads and mentors less experienced team members.
- Install and maintains hardware software and system data for small to mediumsized networks.
- Creates network diagrams and documentation to communicate the current system setup.
- Configures and updates various network equipment such as routers switches and intelligent hubs ensuring they meet operational requirements.

Salary: 18000 per annum.
Working week: Monday Friday 9am5.30pm / 37.5hrs per week.
