Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the QA teams to deliver highquality software releases on time and within scope.
Develop implement and maintain quality assurance standards procedures and methodologies to ensure consistent and comprehensive testing.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development product management and offering management to align on quality requirements and objectives.
Oversee all testing activities (manual automated functional performance security regression) for various product releases.
Drive the adoption and implementation of AIbased testing tools and techniques to optimize testing efficiency and coverage.
Ensure the identification and resolution of defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Create and maintain detailed test plans test cases and test scripts ensuring comprehensive coverage of product requirements.
Monitor key quality metrics and use datadriven insights to drive continuous improvements in the QA processes.
Ensure all testing complies with industry regulations and best practices in the insurance domain.
Manage testing environments tools and resources effectively to support parallel testing initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in software testing particularly in AIdriven testing solutions.
Lead root cause analysis for critical defects and incidents working with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Deep knowledge of all types of testing (functional nonfunctional automated security performance etc..
Experience with AIbased testing tools and techniques is .
Strong knowledge of quality management frameworks and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Handson experience with automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium Appium JUnit) and modern testing methodologies (e.g. Agile DevOps).
Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium Cypress Protractor JoCoCo SonarQube
Prior experience in the insurance software industry is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) or equivalent are a plus.
