- Organize the CEOs agenda and calendar as well as all officerelevant procedures (e.g. travel booking expenses administrative duties etc..
- Manage a challenging fashion calendar and support a smooth companywide meeting cascade for all departments.
- Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming requests and efficiently manage all ongoing communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the planning of key events that require the presence of the CEO such as team events advisory boards offsites etc.
- Oversee the entire office management team build new processes and procedures together with the team and help them maintain their existing systems.
- Handle all administrative duties related to external stakeholders (e.g. signature processes banks tax office).
- Confidently handle sensitive information with sound judgment and an appropriate level of discretion.
- Assist with the creation of important reports and presentations.
What you will bring:
- 5 years in a similar role supporting and assisting top management.
- Strong process and project management skill set.
- Service mindset with high drive a cando attitude and a handson approach.
- Positive and empathetic attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written); German is not required.
