Job Description
OverseeContract Management as an InLife Commercial Manager!
IntercityTechnologyisseeking a highly experienced and commercially savvyInLife Commercial Managerto oversee the management of our customer andsupplier contracts. This role is critical to ensuring that our contractualrelationships are both profitable and compliant.
Key Responsibilities as an InLife Commercial Contracts Manager:
- Enhance retention across all services and products.
- Review the profitability of the customer base:Through close commercial management of large complex accounts.
- Match costs incurred with suppliers to billing sent to customers:In collaboration with finance.
- Use data and systems to track contract end dates renewal dates and end of life.
- Work with sales pricing and proposition colleagues:To deliver automated and semiautomated resign quotes and packaging offers.
- Review top managed IT and larger accounts quarterly:Ensure billing matches commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with finance:Ensure billing for new services and visibility of costs taken.
Key Skillsand Experience for an InLife Commercial Manager:
Educationand Qualifications:
- Demonstratable indepth experience in commercial management with a focus on inlife commercial management in technology or telecommunications sectors.
Experienceand Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of contract law commercial terms risk management and legal compliance.
- Experience working with financial models.
- Knowledge of procurement processes supply chain management and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex contract issues quickly and effectively.
- Meticulous in contract analysis and performance monitoring.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and lead projects.
