The Network as a Service (NaaS) team at TMobile is an emerging business unit focused on delivering innovative network service products to customers and partners. Our mission is to solve enterprise challenges across multiple areas including connectivity and beyond by leveraging TMobiles differentiated network capabilities.

As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for owning and scaling network service API productsfrom ideation to launch to performance optimization. You will identify customer needs market opportunities and business objectives while leading crossfunctional teams to deliver bestinclass solutions. You must be a visionary strategist analyst and leader driving adoption and business success while ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders.

This role requires:

Deep technical expertise in network services and API product management
Strong business acumen to align product vision with market and enterprise needs
An analytical mindset to measure impact optimize performance and prioritize the roadmap
Exceptional communication skills to engage executive leadership and partners

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own and manage network service API products from concept to launch to continuous improvement.

  • Define product vision roadmap and KPIs ensuring alignment with business strategy and market needs.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and leverage industry trends to drive innovation.

  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.

  • Secure funding for product initiatives by building strong business cases and conducting ROI analysis.

& Delivery

  • Drive endtoend including defining release scope collaborating with engineering and managing the gotomarket strategy.

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams (business development marketing sales engineering) to define and execute launch plans.

  • Ensure compliance with security data privacy and regulatory requirements in API and network services.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Establish a robust Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback loop to inform product decisions.

  • Drive customer engagement and research to deeply understand their needs and pain points.

  • Use datadriven insights (quantitative and qualitative) to identify opportunities and measure product success.

Optimization & Growth

  • Continuously track product performance using dashboards and analytics tools.

  • Develop and execute adoption strategies for API monetization and customer growth.

  • Identify and resolve technical debt ensuring longterm product sustainability.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition retention and expansion.

Leadership & Communication

  • Act as the customer champion advocating for their needs across all levels (IC to Csuite).

  • Evangelize product vision internally and externally influencing key stakeholders.

  • Deliver executivelevel presentations including Product QBRs steering meetings and strategic reviews.

  • Mentor and foster a highperforming product culture within the team.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree (Required) in Engineering Business or related field.

Work Experience:

  • 7 years of relevant of Product Management experience ideally in network services APIs or enterprise SaaS.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven track record in owning and launching enterprise software products preferably APIbased products.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies backlog management and release planning.

  • Strong ability to influence crossfunctional teams and senior leadership.

  • Excellent writing and documentation skills especially about complex products and technical solutions.

Base Pay Range: $121600 $219400

Corporate Bonus Target: 20

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
