The Data Integrity Specialist is part of the larger Data Services team that works closely with multiple data sources to ensure consistent and accurate data is being maintained throughout. The primary responsibility for this role is auditing billing files and enrollment activity to deliver highquality client support and ensure the integrity of sensitive internal client and carrier data. This position also supports data and task automations by assisting in the evaluation and testing of processes related to the integrity of data files.

Location: This hybrid position requires at least one day in the office each month with more days for training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Provide monthly enrollment processing deduction and billing support for the client services team.
  2. Utilize internal and external resources to research discrepancies in data; update systems and external partners accordingly to bring issues to resolution.
  3. Act as the carrier liaison for individual policy issues related to claims billing enrollment etc.
  4. Scrub submit and file paper applications and cancellation/change forms to the carrier.
  5. Process carrier change files to update systems and deductions accordingly.
  6. Routinely conduct audits and analysis of payroll deductions enrollments and monthly billing.
  7. Troubleshoot voluntary benefit deduction discrepancies.
  8. Investigate and resolve carrier discrepancies.
  9. Validate CRM system data and make updates as needed.
  10. Assist in developing effective methods for tracking data which cannot be accommodated in CRM.
  11. Support the team to define and implement efficiencies in processes.
  12. Perform all other data related functions as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  1. High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
  2. Experience in data management specifically working with MS Excel files to compare data for audit research and resolution purposes.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to output highquality results in a fastpaced environment.
  4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including varying file formats basic formulas and filtering. Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and trainup to effectively use advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
  5. Practical written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal coworkers and external partners/customers.
  6. Experience executing a Standard Operating Procedure while dealing with a variety of variables in performance of duties.
  7. Demonstrated experience operating independently with little or no supervision while effectively interacting with all levels in a corporation.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  1. Advanced education or certification in data administration data management or related field.
  2. Experience in insurance or benefits fields
  3. Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel to include creating pivot tables and using vlookups. Experience with reporting and generating large worksheets manually.
  4. Former experience in lifecycle account and data management.

Starting Hourly Base Range for This Position is $20.19/hr

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. BCInsourcing takes into consideration a combination of the selected candidates skill set experience qualifications licensure and other jobrelated reasons as it relates to the position. At our Company generally an individual would not be hired at the top of the range of the role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each posting.
