You will work an 8hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 7:30AM4:30PM. It may be necessary given the business need to work occasional overtime. What Youll Do:
Supports training department by processing information in LMS to include creating classes completing employee information entering test scores registering associates researching database for information pulling and reviewing work instructions and researching and resolving systemrelated problems.
Provides administrative support to the training area.
Assists trainers with class preparation.
Prepares reviews weekly and monthly reports. Follows up on issues identified in reports.
Assists with special projects as assigned.
To Qualify For This Position Youll Need The Following:
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience: 1 yearadministrative experience to include experience with software such as Word Excel Access.
Required Software and tools: Microsoft Office.
Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication interpersonal organization coordination skills. Strong analytical skills in order to evaluate existing processes/ways to streamline procedures. Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of business etiquette and protocol. Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines. Analytical or critical thinking skills.
