What youll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Analyst to join our General & Administrative (G&A) FP&A team. In this newly created role you will be a key business partner to functional leaders across multiple departmentssuch as Talent Legal Finance and Risk & Complianceproviding financial insights driving budget discipline and enabling strategic decisionmaking. You will support budgeting forecasting financial reporting and longrange planning initiatives.
What youll work on:
Maintaining and improving financial models that forecast track and analyze our financials including opex budgets for each of our departments.
Engaging directly with leaders and budget stakeholders across the organization to facilitate forecasting of key operational spend areas including headcount compensation vendor spend.
Contributing to monthly reporting and variance analysis.
Tracking headcount compensation and operating expenses across G&A functions.
Preparing and presenting consolidated reporting packages for executive leadership.
Identifying and driving process improvements across forecasting reporting and planning.
Contributing to the evolution of Circles finance capabilities by being a key part of ERP and EPM implementation processes and actively seeking to improve finance processes across the organization.
Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
What youll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
4 years of FP&A experience marked by a proven ability to build financial forecast models and analyze extensive datasets.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel using these tools effectively to create meaningful financial insights.
Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards how the financial statements interact and an ability to build dynamic three statement models.
Exceptional financial and strategic analyses translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Past experience working with financial systems and building FP&A models in planning tools.
Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT Gemini etc. and prompt development.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelors degree providing you with a solid academic grounding in finance and/or accounting.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic innovative startup environment characterized by rapid change and evolution.
You are energized by the promise of blockchain technology.
Experience/familiarity with Slack Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Base Pay Range: $102500 $137500
