Job Description

Position: Business Central Analyst: Trimaster/HPG

Reports To:IT Director US/CAN

Direct Reports:No Direct Reports for this role

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Business Central Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Business Central systems supporting data analysis efforts leveraging Power BI for reporting and insights and overseeing network and infrastructurerelated tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise problemsolving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Business Central Administration:
    • Maintain and troubleshoot the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.
    • Configure system settings integrations and workflows as required.
    • Ensure data integrity security and compliance within Business Central systems.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Extract analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
    • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and reporting needs.

3. Power BI Integration:

    • Design and deploy Power BI solutions that integrate seamlessly with Business Central.
    • Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
    • Train team members on best practices for utilizing Power BI analytics.

4. Network & Infrastructure Management:

    • Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
    • Manage infrastructurerelated tasks including servers storage and backups.
    • Identify and resolve network or infrastructure issues promptly.

Requirements

    • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
    • Proficiency in Power BI and data analysis techniques.
    • Strong knowledge of network systems and IT infrastructure.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure Microsoft 365.
    • Experience in project management or process optimization.
    • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages for automation. Demonstrate initiative and exhibit strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
    • Detail oriented and organized with ability to work at a high level of accuracy
    • Familiar with ERP systems and intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
