Within Advisory PwC has a large team that focus on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work proactively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and optimize AI/ML models including GenAI models transformers LLMs NLP models and computer vision applications.
Implement training finetuning and deployment of AI/ML models in cloud and onpremises environments.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines model monitoring and automated workflows for AI applications.
Work on AIdriven solutions for government and public sector applications such as document intelligence conversational AI fraud detection and AIbased decisionmaking.
Explore new AI trends LLMs and Generative AI frameworks for innovation and enhancement of AI capabilities.
Handle largescale data pipelines feature engineering and data processing for AI model training.
Work with crossfunctional teams mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development.
Mandatory skill sets:
Strong programming skills in Python TensorFlow PyTorch or JAX.
Experience in training finetuning and deploying transformerbased models (BERT GPT LLaMA Stable Diffusion DALLE etc..
Proficiency in MLOps model versioning and deployment using tools like MLflow Kubeflow or Vertex AI.
Experience in computer vision (OpenCV YOLO Detectron or NLP (Hugging Face spaCy NLTK T5/BERT models).
Expertise in cloudbased AI (AWS Sagemaker Azure AI GCP Vertex AI) and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.
Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS Pinecone Weaviate and embeddings for GenAI applications.
Understanding of LLM finetuning retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) and multimodal AI solutions.
Preferred skill sets:
Experience in deploying Generative AI models for content generation document automation or conversational AI.
Familiarity with multiagent AI systems reinforcement learning (RLHF) and AI alignment techniques.
Knowledge of federated learning edge AI and secure AI model deployment.
Understanding of eGovernance AI applications such as AIpowered public service automation policy compliance AI and regulatory AI solutions.
Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
Years of Experience:
6 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML development GenAI model implementation and endtoend AI solutions.
Handson experience with training finetuning and deploying AI/ML models in realworld applications.
Strong background in either Data Science NLP Computer Vision (CV) Generative AI or MLOps.
Experience in deploying largescale AI/ML models in cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP).
Experience in working with large datasets model optimization and scalable AI pipelines.
Education qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering AI/ML Data Science or a related field.
Masters degree / in AI Data Science Machine Learning or related fields is preferred.
