Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
About Lakeland Hospitals
The health system comprises threehospitals a regional cancer center rehabilitation centers two longterm care residences home care and hospice services and 34 affiliate physician practice locations. We provide both inpatient and outpatientmedical servicesthroughout Southwest Michigan.
Scope of work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. Performs evaluation procedures to assess the level of disability with regard to scope of practice goals and a plan of treatment and to make appropriate recommendations. Provides a treatment program and education to restore and return maximal function to the patient. Assesses effectiveness of treatment and modifies goals/treatment methods as needed to meet changing needs.
