Whatyou wouldbe doing:
You wouldplay a key role in the residents experience through theupkeep of the facility including the building building systems andthegrounds. Use your technical and leadership skills tomonitorcoordinate and/or performbuilding maintenance services and repairs todevelopand lead yourstaffandto manage yourbudget equipmentand other willplay a key role in the safety program of the facility.
Whatyourwork schedulewould be:
Your work hours are based during the traditional business week but requires the flexibility toattend to ondemand facilityneeds either onor off site as needed.
Thesuccessfulcandidate:
Preferably has a high school diploma or equivalent.
Has a minimum or two 2 years physical plant and equipment experience in an institutional environment with supervisory or management responsibilities.
Current knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations that apply to practice of laundry and housekeeping work in long term care.
Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills.
