What Youll Be Doing

- Project Delivery & Oversee all phases of electrical projects ensuring highquality codecompliant designs.
- Strategic Planning Identify growth opportunities improve processes and enhance project profitability.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring projects align with their goals.
What You Bring to the Table
- Registered Professional Engineer . in a Canadian province.
- 10 years of Electrical Engineering experience including leadership responsibilities.
- Government Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong expertise in building codes energy codes and electrical standards.
- Proven experience managing teams and largescale projects.
- Excellent communication client management and project coordination skills.
- A passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of engineers.
- LEED Accreditation is a plus but not required.
