Job Description

Overview

The Dental Specialists Owatonna located in Owatonna MN is seeking a compassionate professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our teamoriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software verify dental insurance answer insurance and billing questions and oversee patient account management.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office typing and data entry skills

Ability to multitask in a fastpace work environment

Professional customer service

Effective communicator and team player

Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday: 8 4pm

Tuesday: 7:30 4pm

Wednesday: 7:30 4pm

Thursday: 7:30 4pm

Friday: Off
