This is an inhouse overnight position with 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off. Chippenham is a Level I Trauma Center and has been proudly serving Central VA for over 50 years and is committed to providing the highest quality patient care with compassion and leading edge expertise. Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates: Care Team Model of 9 General Anesthesiologists 4 CV Anesthesiologists and 29 CRNAs covering 20 sites of mix of cases including Trauma Vascular Thoracic OB General Orthopedics Urology GYN GI and surgical volume 18000 cases. 500 labor epidurals on is 7p7a Monday through Sunday with the following week cardiac responsibilities as cardiac anesthesiologist is on call from home.
