Amazon and MX Player recently joined forces to accelerate premium free entertainment for 250 million users in India. With this acquisition Amazon merged two of Indias most popular free AVOD (or adsupported video on demand) services MX Player and Amazon miniTV into one service Amazon MX Player. We seek engineers who can help us shape and build Amazon MX Player.
You can read about the service here: successful Quality Assurance Manager will be obsessed with quality improvement experienced and highly committed to creating world class automation for regression and feature testing able to develop and drive a highlevel test strategy as well as take a handson approach to implementing that strategy. In this role you will:
Work with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements
Understanding how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy
Be responsible for development of test strategies and creation of appropriate test harnesses
Oversee the development and of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test
Work with a team of quality engineering professionals to ensure the highest quality product delivery
5 years of quality assurance engineering experience
3 years of quality assurance teams management experience
Experience managing manual testers
Experience managing automation testers
Experience testing Web/Android/iOS technologies and backend services
Experience identifying and reviewing test plans test cases and testing results with a strong QA background
Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
Experience transforming QA programs from manual to automation
Experience testing Ads technologies
