Manages sourcing vetting and interviewing activities for their assigned specialties and geography. Oversees the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelors: Human Resources Healthcare or other related field or equivalent education/experience.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Basic knowledge of human resource principles policies and procedures.
Computer and data management skills including Excel Word Power Point and advanced MS Outlook skills.
Must have interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and change priorities as appropriate.
Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well.
Able to deal discreetly with confidential information including physician salary ranges.
Must be selfstarter who can independently manage own projects and time.

Pay Range is $44.28 to $66.42 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
