Job Description
Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Middlesbrough
Working Hours: No less than 37 hours per week
Hourly Rate: 16.60 per hour
Sleeps Required: 4 to 6 per month
Pay Per Sleep: 60
Waking Nights Shift: Yes 3 to 4 per month paid at 17.60 per hour
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: This is an LD Home with capacity for 3 Young People on 1:1 staffing
Qualifications Required: Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (preferred)
Experience Required: 1 year (preferred)

Essentials
Completed or enrolled on Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
Full driving licence
Experience working within residential childcare or with children and young people in Ofstedregulated environments
Understanding of legislation surrounding residential childcare
Willingness to do or be involved in Personal Care
