Senior Information Technology Business Partner

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Business Partner to join the team in Kent WA or Berkeley MO.

Boeing Information Technology and Data Analytics (IT&DA) is on the lookout for a strategic leader to step into the role of Senior Information Technology Business Partner driving Engineering Business Success across our rapidly growing emerging businesses. In this exciting position you will support a variety of functions within Engineering including AvionX Boeing Additive Manufacturing Wisk SkyGrid Software Engineering AI and Autonomy. Your mission will be to provide innovative IT solutions that encompass cloud services client computing software and hardware engineering capabilities as well as manufacturing and supply chain needs.

As a key member of a large diverse and matrixed team spread across multiple locations you will collaborate closely with internal business partners and directly engage with business units to understand their key initiatives. You will represent their needs within the program ensuring the right resources are allocated effectively. Your role will involve assessing alternatives and implementing impactful solutions that align with business objectives while also supporting ongoing initiatives optimizing program costs and ensuring all solutions are secure and compliant.

This position is centered on enhancing the digital experience for Boeing employees empowering them to meet the fastpaced and innovative demands of the business. Position Responsibilities:

  • Apply program management best practices to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives

  • Thrive in a fastpaced constantly changing environment with evolving priorities

  • Implement structured methodologies to manage scope timelines resources and risks throughout the program

  • Lead the planning and monitoring of programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals

  • Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration and communication to ensure program success and keep stakeholders informed

  • Continuous assessment and improve processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness

  • Provide timely communication and leadership focusing on continuous process improvement within the program

  • Proactively manage and mitigate program risks implementing solutions as needed

  • Ensure the successful integration of program components meeting quality and compliance standards

  • Lead and manage the communication of Engineering Business Success Product OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

  • Lead and deliver Program and Product Reviews during monthly and quarterly leadership meetings providing key insights and updates

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external business communications ensuring clear and effective messaging

  • Lead financial duties including Long Range Business Planning and provide regular performance reports

  • Provide consistent updates to leadership and key stakeholders on program status risks and opportunities

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 years of experience working in crossfunctional teams

  • 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry

  • 5 years of experience communicating to employees customers peers and multiple levels of leadership

  • 5 years of experience supporting multiple programs and functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 years of experience supporting technologies and business

  • Experience fulfilling and enabling IT requests

  • Experience in project and product management
