We are looking for a Talent Development Sr. Associate join ourPeople & Culture Team!
The Talent Development Sr. Associate is responsible for creating and facilitating our training & development programs for our employees in Asia in partnership with our North America Talent Development team. In this role the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build and manage learning programs that can support our employees as we scale and grow.
In this role you can expect to:
- Oversee the onboarding program for new hires in APAC including facilitation and identifying program efficiencies ensuring consistency with our other locations.
- Partner with business leaders to design deliver and evaluate programs that address business needs.
- Act as APAC lead for virtual internal training programs including our early career development program for analysts our organizational impact program for associates and more.
- Serve as APAC lead for inperson internal training programs including our day culture workshops held at our Jaipur Pune & Bangalore offices annually.
- Partner with members of each practice to identify and solve for enablement gaps including but not limited to rolespecific training and skillsbased training for both junior & experienced employees.
- Support and develop junior talent on the learning & HR teams.
- Create training plans for all levels and roles across multiple business units.
- Oversee the learning management system for APAC; updating courses tracking progress and serving as the regional administrator.
- Work closely with our North American Talent Development team to develop and create systems to track key learning KPIs and metrics maintain our library of instructorled courses and eLearning content create job aids course descriptions and survey questions and more.
- Work in a hybrid role with typically 23 days in one of our India office locations (Bangalore or Jaipur) with minimal travel (less than 5. (Inoffice days are driven by our inperson training schedule and are otherwise flexible)
Skill & Experience:
- 710 years experience in L&D or organizational development (professional services environment ideal)
- Experienced in instructional design and strong facilitator
- Industry or coaching certificationsis preferred (e.g. APTD CPDT CPC)
- Experience using Docebo LMS or Open Sesame content is preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
