Note: This is a 14month temporary fulltime position

What You Will Do:

  • Perform risk assessments on facility tanks and piping segments using inhouse software tools.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve these (industryfirst! facility risk models.

  • Conduct risk assessments in support of the department long range capital budget plan.

  • Lead an internal team that assesses the efficiency of Enbridges station containment.

  • Analyze large scale data to support ongoing facility risk management improvements.

  • Respond to various engineering requests from internal partners.

Who you are:

  • Hold an Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university.

  • Registered member with APEGA as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Alberta (P Eng).

  • Minimum of 6 years of technical or engineering experience.

  • Critical thinking skills related both to technical engineering and project management.

  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Less than 5 of travel is required. Valid passport is required.
