What We Need
As the Sales Operations Analyst you will help lead and optimize our global sales operations functions. This role reporting into the Vice President of Revenue Operations is critical in supporting revenue growth through operational excellence datadriven insights and scalable sales infrastructure. You will work crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Finance and Product to streamline processes manage performance analytics and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and project management skills to work with stakeholders understand CRM requirements and shape analytical deliverables.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define gotomarket strategy sales targets and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts territory plans and pipeline analysis.
Process Optimization & CRM Management
- Heavily influence the CRM strategy (HubSpot) ensuring data accuracy user adoption and alignment with business needs.
- Design implement and continuously improve sales processes and workflows within HubSpot to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee implementation of sales tools and technologies to support growth.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks across the sales funnel.
Performance Analytics & Insights
- Build and manage dashboards KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and decisionmaking.
- Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to improve team performance and forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations or related roles preferably in the ad tech martech or SaaS industries
- Proven experience scaling sales operations in highgrowth environments.
- Deep expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) sales tools and data analytics platforms.
- Experience with key analytical applications (e.g. Excel Google Suite Looker Tableau)
- Strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills
- Motivated organized independent and detail oriented; metricsdriven
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience managing external stakeholders
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree a plus.
Hiring Process
Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes but is not limited to:
- A 30 minute video interview with each Hiring Manager.
- Candidates will be invited to join a remote onsite interview round consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
- Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $100000$120000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmos total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including experience level skillset and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
