Were seeking an experienced Director to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is perfect for a highimpact leader with strong sales operations experience who can lead highperforming teams and drive results across various portfolios.
Candidates must have strong sales operations and enablement experience including leading teams to deliver market outcomes and understand the dynamics of the professional services and enterprise B2B industry.
What your days will look like:
Drive Sales Strategy & Performance:Set sales targets and KPIs aligned with our Go to Market strategy. Collaborate with Finance & Business Planning for effective commercial plans and provide accurate sales reporting to the Markets Leadership Team.
Enhance Collaboration & Insights:Partner with senior leadership and clientfacing teams to share best practices and insights. Use data analytics to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscapes recommending improvement strategies.
Lead & Innovate:Guide the Sales and Marketing team to achieve objectives fostering collaboration across leadership. Implement sales process improvements and automation tools to maximize efficiency.
Global Contribution & Risk Management:Participate in global initiatives sharing UK market insights. Ensure risk mitigation and smooth operations through proactive management.

Youre able to build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and lead a highperforming team by exemplifying Director leadership behaviors.
You have proven track record applying your understanding of strategic business drivers and business strategy in a regulated environment to enhance Sales and Marketing activities.
Drive innovation with new ideas focused on client insights and experiences and demonstrate resilience through change.
Mentor future leaders and leverage your background in professional services financial services or technology to lead integrated sales and marketing teams.
