Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Colchester Essex
Salary: inclusive of sleeps
Working Hours: Typically 2 on 4 off
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs in need of high levels of supervision and support
Home; Number of Beds: 6
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childrens and Young People Workforce
Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years in Residential Childcare
Employment Type: Permanent

This role involves supervising and supporting residential staff guiding young people and ensuring all policies procedures and placement plans are followed.
