We are looking for Professional Experience Year (PEY) candidates who are committed to developing their careers with Labatt in the future and interested in joining a dynamic sales team. This could lead you to an opportunity to join us fulltime after you graduate!

As a Sales Management PEY Student you will:

• Be strategically placed in any area within our Sales function including Sales Intelligence Customer Connections Go To Market or Category Management.
• Take ownership of a strategic project that directly contributes to driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Learn how to report and forecast as part of a commercial operating model
• Gain a deep understanding of each aspect of the Sales function by working closely with crossfunctional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various sales groups.
• Build and deliver a compelling final presentation of your project to Canadas Senior Leadership team showcasing your strategic insights and the impact of your work.

Requirements:

• You are in your 3rdyear of a degree in a field such as Business Engineering Statistics economics or a related field
• Eligible to participate in a Professional Experience Year (May 2025 May 2026
• Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec)
• Can Legally work in Canada
• Previous experience working in Sales is an asset
