About the Sales Manager Position
As a Sales Manager at Brookdale you will be a:
Guide for families and older adults Youll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to movein.
Team player Youll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical financial and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
Partner Youll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Brookdale supports our Sales associates through:
- 3week onboarding & orientation program featuring indepth instruction in Brookdales unique approach to sales the systems to help you be successful oneonone coaching with your District Director ongoing monthly continuing education for knowledge growth and customized tools designed to help you best market your community for your unique geographic area.
- Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support your professional sales and leadership skills development

Qualifications & Skills
Wed love to talk if you have the following:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of technology proficiency in Microsoft office suite and electronic documentation

Base pay in range will be determined by applicants skills and experience. Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunites.
