Air Liquide Engineering & Construction builds the Groups production units (mainly air gas separation and hydrogen production units) and provides external customers with efficient sustainable customized technology and process solutions. Our core expertise in industrial gas energy conversion and gas purification enables customers to optimize natural resources. We cover the entire project lifecycle: license engineering services / proprietary equipment highend engineering & design capabilities project management & services. In addition we also offer efficient customer services through our worldwide setup. As a technology partner customers benefit from our research and development to achieve energy transition goals.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Independent coordination of the project within the selected discipline.
Leading a project team of engineers inhouse.
Leading a team of 3rd party (external) engineers outside of AL premises.
Managing monitoring and controlling detailed engineering subcontractors and vendors.
Ensuring quality of engineering documents and material supply according to contract requirements.
Providing realistic and reliable forecasts on manhour consumption quantities cost achievement of milestones and freezing dates.

Coordinating with other disciplines.
Are you a MATCH
University degree in Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a Lead Engineer in large scale O&G or onshore EPC projects.
Strong engineering competences and fully proficient in managing monitoring and controlling the Detailed Design & Engineering.
People and project management skills.
Decision making and problem solving skills.
Communication skills.
Proactive seeking advice and share own experiences with others
English proficiency is a must. Knowledge of German / French or other languages would be appreciated.
Ability to travel to worldwide locations.
Nice to have: Experience as Field Engineering or site construction engineer.
