Job Description

Overview

The Manager of Talent Management Programs will create and manage organizationwide tools and initiatives in the areas of performance management leadership development succession management and organizational development to drive strategic imperatives and goals. This position serves as a coach and mentor with senior leadership in the areas of talent management and development and closely collaborates with our HR business partners to drive the design development and implementation of learning and organizational development programs.

What you bring to be successful/qualifications include:

  • Broad HR experience including talent management organizational development and learning.
  • Experience designing developing and supporting organizationwide talent management programs that cover performance management talent development coaching succession planning data analytics and relationship management.
  • Previous experience working with midtosenior level leaders to drive talent management initiatives.

1015 travel to/onsite work at ATI Physical Therapys corporate headquarters in Downers Grove IL.

Responsibilities

Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership around companywide talent development programs to achieve business goals.
Oversee and support the annual talent review and succession planning process for our corporate teams and assist the business in developing and implementing plans to develop a ready leadership pipeline for the organization. This includes providing leadership to our TMT (Talent Management Team) leaders to aggregate and translate talent pool data into insights that drive readiness action plans at the appropriate levels.
Support the design and presentation of ATIs emerging leader training programs including Leadership Pathways and Manager Essentials
Lead the employee performance management process including goal setting performance evaluations along with training and communications to support the Performance Management process and platform
Manage ATIs 360degree talent assessments with emerging leaders to identify skills gaps and opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Education
Required:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business human resources management or relevant field of study.
Preferred:
Advanced degree preferred

Minimum Experience
Required:
Minimum of 6 years of broad HR experience including talent management organizational development and learning.
Experience designing developing and supporting organizationwide talent management programs that cover performance management talent development coaching succession planning data analytics and relationship management.
Previous experience working with midtosenior level leaders to drive talent management initiatives.
1015 travel to our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove IL
Preferred:
2 years preferred in a management role.
Absorb LMS experience preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Understands HR best practices and knowledge including federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
Strong program management skills including a track record leading multifunction projects.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.
Ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
Proven ability to move between strategy and .
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional independent judgment.
Unquestionable personal integrity ethical standards and a healthy respect for others.
Ability to manage program budgets and costs.
