The Logistics Analyst will be responsible to deliver to the Levi Logistics teams in Europe relevant data analysis supporting datadriven decisions across all processes within the 4 walls of the Levi distribution centers in Europe. This includes to analyze structural data (e.g. order profile master data) and performance data of internal warehouse processes (on time receipt on time dispatch etc.
You must be comfortable with working in a very crossfunctional environment working also closely with different European and Global teams especially where it comes to presenting complex analysis in an easytounderstand way. You must have a getting things done mentality and a demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate communicate build effective partnerships across the organization and influence others.
About the Job
- Analyse logistics data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement including seasonal trends and inventory turnover rates.
- Prepare and analyse the weekly and monthly outbound logistics reporting and help drawing conclusions for assistance in decision making
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in daily operations calls/meetings and develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Troubleshoot data flow failures or missing information to ensure accurate reporting and system integrity.
- Develop and implement datadriven strategies to optimize warehouse logistics processes.
- Lead support for issue resolution in Warehouse Management System (WMS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and data flows within the DC.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the development and maintenance of data management systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and data analysis.
About You
- Bachelors degree in business administration Logistics Data Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the logistics / fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL PowerPB .
- Have a commercial & process mindset be able to see the bigger picture and understand the business priority
- and needs.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Experience in the fashion industry or a strong understanding of fashion logistics is preferred.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results driven and ambitious motivated and strives to achieve team and personal goals.
- Service mindset and detail oriented.
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Good timemanagement skills. Knows how to effectively prioritize demands of both the function and business unit. Completes tasks correctly & on time.
