This position is contingent upon contract award
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support at action item status meetings and participate and run various internal and external committees integrated product teams staff meetings and other meetings as directed
Track file close and archive Tracking Information & Enterprise Response (TIER) actions initiated by internal and external organizations to include assigning coordinating consolidating and evaluating group responses in order to present a polished timely and accurate product
Coordinate with office leadership to assign tasks track and coordinate questions directed to Program leadership received from other directorates
Coordinate responses and assess for accuracy prior to senior management review
Monitor process on actions generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late pending new actions
Disseminate policy and legislative changes to appropriate parties internal to the Agency
Draft proofread edit and provide final review of internal and external correspondence
Coordinate and maintain presentations for audiences up to the Agency level; maintain a quality control process for all presentations
Support development and coordination of Weekly Activity Reports
Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years industry experience with an understanding of general Directors Action Group (DAG) processes
Must be proactive able to work well independently and in groups and thrive in a fastpaced work environment
Occasional travel required
NRO experience desired
TS/SCI with Polygraph
