With over 10 years of experience in the Hospitality Hotel Management and Corporate Facilities Management (FM) sectorshaving developed a strong expertise in managing operations in both hotel and workplace environments within MNCs. Background includes handling diverse responsibilities in similar managerial roles communication skills analytical abilities and a high level of ownership and accountability. Selfdriven professional with a focus on delivering exceptional service and efficient operations ensuring both guest and employee satisfaction.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning organizing and smooth of Workplace Service delivery in BLR office that includesSoft Services MEP F&B Security Transport Building Compliance etc.
Management of complete F&B service offerings and recommendations to enhance the employeeexperience
Effective Vendor management and controls. Track measure report and evaluate vendorperformance.
People management skills to lead BLR team towards effective delivery of services adhering to policies& procedures
Driving ethics & integrity as a culture
Management of extended teams of Housekeeping Pantry Security F&B and other office supportservice partners
Have a keen eye for detail daily Inspection of office areas identifying opportunities for improvement
Good knowledge of facility budgeting accounts and forecasting
Adherence to fire & employee safety practices and procedures
Inventory controls and efficient management of resources
Review the wastage control mechanism and implement it with highest efficiency.
Ensure successful collaboration with Procurement and other stake holders
Actively participate and promote team learning & development opportunities
Constant focus on Customer requirements and delivering with Authenticity & Accountability
Recommend and drive Optimization opportunities without compromising on quality
Operational spend analysis & recommend cost saving opportunities
Focus on identifying the root cause for any noncompliance and create mitigation plans
Risk Assessment of the site from Operations and compliance perspective
Driving Vendor Contracts and evaluation of SOW KPI
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of staff and demands
Proactive planning and anticipating business needs.
Regular discussions with the team and planning office upgradation works post necessary approval
Overall Experience: 10 years
Industry Experience: Hospitality / Hotels & Corporate FM / Workplace in an MNC in a similarcapacity as a manager.
Qualification: Hospitality / Hotel Management / Graduate
Skills: Excellent Communication Strong Analytical Skills SelfperformerOwnership & Accountability.
