Job Description
Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.
The Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator will be officebased in Birmingham responsible to plan and schedule the work of engineers provide service support on HVAC ventilation products including Air Handling Units (AHUs) fans heat recovery systems grilles diffusers ducting and liaise with customers plus the engineering team.
The successful Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator will have experience working for an engineering HVAC employer in coordinator scheduling or similar customer service role.

Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Role:
- Coordinate the work assignments and scheduling of the Service Engineers and profitability of the Service Department.
- Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
- Manage on call rotas and coordinating annual leave for the Engineering team.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Must be able to commute to the office in Birmingham.
Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Requirements:
- Experience working in in coordinating scheduling service support or similar customer service role with a HVAC engineering employer
- The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
- Proven experience as a Service Coordinator Sales Coordinator Service & Sales Coordinator Technical Engineer Sales Administrator or similar.
- Must be able to commute to the office in Birmingham.
