Job Description

Respondology is looking for a hungry curious and highenergy Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing revenue team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 12 years of experience in an outbound or hybrid sales roleideally within a SaaS or startup environmentwho is eager to learn contribute and grow alongside a seasoned SDR Manager and experienced sales organization.

Youll be on the front lines of our gotomarket motion identifying and engaging highpotential prospects creating meaningful conversations and generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced collaborative environment and is excited to help build the foundation of a highperforming sales development program.

Remote Role: If you do not live in our beautiful state of Coloradowe are open to 100 remote candidates in NY NJ MT NE MA FL UT TX.



Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential prospects through tools like LinkedIn Apollo and other CRM platforms
  • Use strategic omnichannel outreach. Cold Calling is a big part of our day along with email & LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities contacts and pipeline progress in CRM (we use Hubspot)
  • Partner closely with the SDR Manager to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates
  • Actively participate in weekly pipeline reviews training sessions and feedback loops
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach activity meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated


Heres what you need to get our attention:

  • 12 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role preferably in a SaaS or techfocused environment
  • Clear concise communicatorboth written and verbalwith strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience using sales tools like Hubspot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Nooks Apollo.
  • Experience in omnichannel outreach especially cold calling.
