As a TA Advisor you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our vibrant inclusive culture. Where you come in:
Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Use various recruiting channels to find and engage potential candidates.
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates.
Prescreen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Assist in negotiating and finalizing new hire compensation packages.
Advertise positions on LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance the companys branding.
Take on additional tasks as needed.
What makes you successful:
Proactive and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Strong ability to source candidates using an ATS LinkedIn social media and job boards.
Experience in corporate recruiting preferably in the medical device biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by coordinating efforts between HR sourcing teams and hiring managers.
Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support organizational growth.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 25 years of related experience.
