Job Description
Overview
Land Rover Rockland is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive are looking to add a qualified ASSISTANT to our Service team.

Responsibilities:
- Schedules and confirms service appointments
- Administers loaner car fleet
- Follows extended service contract submission and payments
- Follow up on service visit.
- Assist management and advisors.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work Monday Friday and every other Saturday.
- Confidence in your ability to be successful.
- Great attitude with highenergy personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Selfstarter and selfmotivated.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
