The Returns Coordinator and Designated Records Representative is responsible for the backend processing all returns in the warehouse as well as maintaining all warehouse records. This includes entering manual credits for intercepted packages damaged in transit and refused deliveries. Validating information on returned product to TPS and RGA form for accuracy while also checking for tampered or opened products. Verifying all returns meet the PDMA requirements. Working with frontend returns coordinator on any issues that arise. Maintaining and entering all pertinent information into their respective RGA logs. Entering information on DEA 222 forms for C2 returns. Ensuring that all records meet the expectations for Records Management by following the necessary policies/procedures for identification and storage. Reviewing and monitoring records to determine what is eligible for destruction.
